Tom Allen

Tom is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with almost two decades of experience in the technology training industry. He has taught and consulted for a wide range of organizations throughout the eastern US, and has experience in traditional classroom training, virtual classroom training, and content development. Tom holds certifications covering a broad range of Microsoft desktop applications, and has vast experience teaching anything from Microsoft Office 365 collaboration technologies, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project, and Visio (among other Microsoft technologies), all the way through to Crystal Reports and Adobe applications. He specializes in creating an inviting environment that allows adult learners to bring real world examples into the conversation. Tom’s style is encouraging, positive, and makes difficult concepts easy to understand. Over these past few decades, Tom has traditionally been one of the first trainers in Western NY to teach new versions of Microsoft Project, and has worked closely with organizations to create customized classroom experiences for organizations using Microsoft Project.

John W. Wilson

John Wilson has over 30 years’ experience as a project manager and a trainer of project management courses. His educational background includes degrees in engineering and business administration. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and holds the following project management certifications: PMP, Project+, and Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist for Microsoft Project. In addition to teaching project management, he has taught the Microsoft Office suite of applications and numerous “soft skill” business courses.

Lindsay Bachman

Instructional Designer

Lindsay Bachman has been working in the education sector in one capacity or another for almost 15 years. Since starting out as an Instructional Designer over ten years ago, Lindsay has worked for a wide range of companies and has developed a multitude of instructional deliverables for various modalities—including corporation-specific training, college-level course instruction, IT certifications, soft skills development, and desktop application training via eLearning, instructor-led training, and as-needed training documents. In addition to her Instructional Design skills, Lindsay’s background in secondary education and experience in the communications sector help round out her pedagogic, andragogic, and communication skills.
